Need to send in your various 1040 IRS forms? Below is a list of all the addresses for sending them in depending on the state in which you live. There are (generally) two addresses. One is when enclosing a payment, one is when you are not enclosing a payment. Make sure to use the right one to send in your IRS forms.

First, a quick key for this list. We’ll list the office, then the various states that should report to that particular office. After that we’ll list different 1040 IRS forms and the addresses for those forms. Keep in mind most of the addresses look similar but have slightly different zip codes.
