Where to apply and send in your form depends on several factors.<\/p>\n<p>If you owe under $25,000, then you can actually file online through the IRS. This is the quickest way and their online system does basically everything for you.<\/p>\n<p>If you owe over $25,000 or just would rather use a physical form, then here are the addresses for you to send them to.
